Through flag football, we teach confidence, accountability, and resilience while building a sisterhood rooted in trust, effort, and love for the game. Our goal is to help every athlete walk away stronger- not just as a player, but as a young woman who knows her worth.

Tryout Signups
She’s Elite is more than a team - it’s a sisterhood and standard.
Our tryouts are an opportunity for young female athletes to step into a competitive, supportive environment where effort, discipline, and heart matter just as much as skill. Whether your athlete is new to the game or ready to elevate her play, She’s Elite is built to develop and grow flag IQ, confidence, character, and discipline on and off the field.
We are looking for athletes who are coachable, committed, and excited to grow alongside their teammates. This is a space where girls are challenged, celebrated and pushed to discover what they are capable of.
What to expect at Tryouts:
This tryout is designed to evaluate speed, skill, confidence, and energy. Athletes should expect fast-paced drills that test quickness, hands, flag pulls, agility and football IQ. You’ll run, catch, compete, and show how you move and respond under pressure. During live play, bring that dog— communicate, hustle, stay locked in and make plays. Effort matters. Energy matters, how you show up for your teammates matters. Our coaches are evaluating athleticism, coachability, effort, and heart. Be loud. Be focused. Be fearless.
